Grammar basics

Small rules, big usefulness.

Lesson 1: Pronunciation

Claralinga pronunciation is steady. Read what you see. Say every letter.

  • a = ah, e = eh, i = ee, o = oh, u = oo.
  • k is default; soft c becomes s. Rare c exceptions: clar, cel, cura; hard /k/ uses k, as in kultura.
  • j is English y: jurnal.

Lesson 2: The clear sentence

Normal word order is Subject + Verb + Object.
